Disclaimer
Let’s have a perfectly honest, common-sense conversation right off the bat. The internet is full of corporate legalese written by people who want to overcomplicate simple things. I am not going to do that here. This page is here to protect both you and me by establishing basic, realistic expectations regarding the logs, notes, and files found on this website.
By browsing this platform, reading my entries, or looking through the registry, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the simple realities outlined below.
1. For Informational Purposes Only
Everything I write, document, or share on this website is based entirely on my own experiences, my personal notes, and what has worked for me on my own setups. It is meant for educational and informational purposes only.
I am not acting as an official consultant, certified technician, or legal expert. What you read here is simply a record of how I solve problems and manage data. Do not treat the entries on this dashboard as formal, infallible, professional instruction.
2. Use At Your Own Risk
Here is the bottom line: If you copy a configuration, try out a tip, or use information from this site on your own machine, you are taking full responsibility for what happens next.
If something breaks, if a configuration crashes your operating system, or if your local files vanish into a black hole because you followed a tip from a log entry—that is entirely on you. Always back up your files, double-check your terminal entries, and use your own brain before changing things on your system.
3. Information Accuracy
I do my best to make sure the things I post are accurate, structured, and helpful at the moment they are written. But I am human, technology changes fast, and software versions shift.
What worked perfectly on a Linux terminal six months ago might behave differently today after a system update. I cannot guarantee that every file link or structural log entry will remain completely current, permanent, or error-free forever.
4. Outbound Project Links
This dashboard may contain links pointing out to external sites like GitHub repositories, open-source communities, or third-party documentation. I share these links because they were useful to me. However, I have absolutely zero control over what those external sites do with their code, their servers, or their platforms. If you download a file from an external link, verify it yourself.
5. System Administration Contact
If you see a glaring factual mistake in one of the logs, or if you want to clarify a point made in an article, you can send an update note to the main administration node:
